Tourist Card - Malta - Discounts, Offers and Bargains around Malta and Gozo

By Purchasing a Tourist Card and filling it up, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. If you are under 18 years you are also indicating that you have received consent from your parent or guardian and they have agreed, on your behalf, to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

A Tourist Card may be used by the card holder (who's name has been filled on the card). He / she can be accompanied by a spouse or companion and his / her children up to an age of 18. Groups need to have multiple cards. Moreover, cards are not transferable.

A Tourist Card is not valid if:

the Name and Date Boxes have not been filled up completely (Note: single digit days and months need to be prepadded with a zero) and / or there are any signs of deletion, correction or tampering.

there is no Tourist Card hologram or if the hologram shows any signs of tampering.

The expiry date of a card depends on the card type and the date entered in the Date Box as follows: Starting from and including the date entered in the Date Box, the 1 week card is valid for 7 days, the 2 week card is valid for 14 days and the 1 month card is valid for 31 days.

Discounts and offers may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.

Discounts and offers may change or be withdrawn without any prior notice. It is the responsibility of the card holder to ensure that a listed Discount is still available before committing to a purchase.

Tourist Card and the participating Establishments are independent contractors. The use of a Tourist Card is a deal between the card holder and the discount / offer provider. Tourist Card is not liable for any acts or omissions of either party, and / or any products or services provided by the Establishment.

While we try to keep all information (discount booklet, web and advertising material) as current and correct as possible, we shall not be liable for any errors or omissions.

Our liability is limited to the official price of the card.

Tourist Card is a product of Tourist Card, 45, John F. Marks Street, San Gwann, Malta, and as such this agreement is governed under the Maltese law.

Should any part of this agreement be void, all other parts shall remain effective.
